When does PhatPackzTCG stream?
We currently do not have a fixed streaming schedule. Stay tuned to our social media and announcements for updates on when we go live!
How do I get my products opened live on stream?
Purchase any product from
PhatPackzTCG.com and, at checkout, choose any shipping option except "SHIPPED SEALED" to have your products opened live! If you choose "SHIPPED SEALED," your items will not be added to the live queue and will be sent sealed.
The store says live openings aren’t available right now. Why?
Our live queue can fill up quickly! We only accept a certain number of orders based on the planned stream length. If you see this message, we’ve paused live openings until the next stream. You can still order products for "SHIPPED SEALED" delivery in the meantime.
I missed my live opening. What now?
No worries! We won’t open your order unless you’re present, unless you’ve specifically requested otherwise. You can return during the next stream and ask to be re-added to the queue. Important:If you do not appear in the following stream, your order will automatically be shipped sealed.
What shipping options do you offer?
Hits Only: You receive reverse holos, non-holo rares, and higher — basically anything shiny. Commons and code cards are not included.
Hits + Code Cards: Same as above, but includes your code cards.
Bulk: Every card from your opening is shipped.
SHIPPED SEALED: Products are sent unopened, with all contents intact.
How does shipping work?
We ship orders every Monday and Thursday. You only need to pay for shipping once per cycle. If you place multiple orders within the same cycle, use code ADDONSHIP at checkout to avoid paying shipping again. All orders in that cycle will ship together in the next scheduled shipment.
How do I contact PhatPackzTCG?
The easiest way to reach us is by replying to your order confirmation email. Please avoid sending direct messages on social media — they may be missed. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, contact us at
PhatPackzTCG@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Allow 24–48 hours for a response (excluding weekends).
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. All customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
